How To Set Up Everflow Pay

Learn how to quickly set up Everflow Pay by following our streamlined verification process that gets you ready to send global and domestic payments in about one business day.

Overview

Starting to pay Partners globally can feel overwhelming - from verification requirements to tax documentation, there's a lot to manage. Everflow Pay transforms this typically months-long process into a streamlined, self-serve experience that takes just minutes to apply for.

Think of it as your express lane to global partner payments: one application, one platform, and one simple process to manage all your payment needs.

Everflow Pay is now open to everyone - you can apply directly, right from your Everflow account. Let’s get started with a very simple set up process, including your application and account activation.

Setup Process

Before we start, make sure you have:

An active Everflow account. Your business details - a Corporation or Sole Proprietor name (US businesses also provide an EIN or SSN). Your business banking information and a valid business address.
1 Access Setup Log into your Everflow account (Core Platform). Navigate to -> Integrations -> Billing Tab -> Everflow Pay Click Activate Now! to open the Activate Everflow Pay application.

Integrations → Billing → Everflow Pay: click Activate Now to open the application.
2 Complete Your Application The Activate Everflow Pay modal is a single application form that adapts to your business. You complete it yourself - there’s no need to wait for an owner or officer to be looped in. Choose your Location: United States - I have a US EIN or SSN, or Outside the United States - My business is registered internationally. Choose your Business Structure: Corporation or Sole Proprietor.

If you selected United States, provide your tax identification:

Corporation: enter your Corporation Name and EIN. Sole Proprietor: enter your Sole Proprietor Name and SSN.

If your business is registered outside the United States, you provide only your business name - no EIN, SSN, or tax forms. The application ends right at the name field:

Corporation: enter your Corporation Name, then submit. Sole Proprietor: enter your Sole Proprietor Name, then submit. International businesses provide only a business name to apply. US businesses provide an EIN (Corporation) or SSN (Sole Proprietor). A valid business address is required for everyone.

3 Application Review Most applications are approved automatically and activate right away. A valid business address is required to complete your setup. On occasion, we may ask for a little additional information - this is the exception, not the rule.
4 Account Activation Once you submit your application, add your banking details to start paying Partners. Your account becomes payable quickly - usually within a few minutes.

What Happens Next?

After submitting your application, you’ll typically get immediate access to your Everflow Pay console, where you can add your banking details and begin paying Partners.

In rare cases, our team may reach out for a little additional information to finish your setup. If that happens, responding promptly keeps your onboarding fast.

Setting Up International Payments
