Accounting Integration Card
If you have connected an accounting integration (QuickBooks Online, Xero, or NetSuite), your dashboard will display an Accounting Integration card. This card shows the current status of your accounting sync at a glance.
| Card State | What It Means | What To Do |
|---|---|---|
| Not Connected | "Connect your accounting software" | Click Connect Now to set up your integration |
| All Syncs Successful (green) | Everything is working — all payments synced successfully | No action needed |
| Failed Sync: Action(s) Needed (red) | One or more syncs failed and require your attention | Click View Details to fix the issue |
| Failed Sync: No Action Needed (red) | System-level issue that will self-resolve | No action needed — the system will retry automatically |
