Click Report

Learn how to use the Click Report to check traffic quality and find any issues with your Offers by analyzing Click details.

Overview

The Click Report shows you every Click on your Offers, helping you validate traffic quality and troubleshoot tracking issues.

You can see which Clicks have converted, spot suspicious patterns (like multiple clicks from the same IP), and identify problematic traffic sources through detailed error messages.

This visibility helps ensure you're getting quality traffic from your Partners and that your tracking is working correctly across all channels.

Advanced Features

Flowchart Visualization

The Flowchart feature provides a visual representation of the click-to-conversion journey:

Click the vertical dots at the end of any click row and select View Flowchart. Partner section: Shows when the click occurred. Advertiser section: Displays any resulting conversions or events. Use this feature to: Understand the timeline between click and conversion. Identify any issues in the conversion process. Analyze the effectiveness of different traffic sources. Selecting the hand icon will display the details of clicks, conversions, or Partner Postback payloads.

Other Click-Level Options

  • View Click Details: Access comprehensive Click information.
  • View Offer/Advertiser/Partner: Quickly navigate to related entity details.
  • Add Conversion: Manually add a Conversion for the specific Click if needed.
Handling Large Datasets The report displays up to 1,000 rows by default.

For larger datasets or periods longer than 14 days, use the Request Report button to generate a full report, which will be sent to you when ready.

A Real-Life Example

Let's say you're running "GlowWaves" hair care brand.

Here's how you might use the Click Report:

Looking at today's Clicks for your "$89 Moisture Collection" Offer: You see multiple Clicks marked with "Error - Offer not targeting user country" (cause you did not forget to enable the Error Message column) As you scroll through, you see these users are from Canada trying to buy your US-only offer Your TikTok influencer forgot to geo-target their paid campaign Actions to take: Notify your influencer to update their targeting to US only Consider expanding the Offer to Canada given the clear interest

This shows how the Click Report helps you catch targeting mismatches quickly and identify potential new markets for your Offers.

Best Practices

Keep track of Click errors by checking them on a regular basis. When you spot important or problematic Clicks, use flowcharts to understand exactly what happened.

Pay special attention to any proxy usage and location data, as these can help you spot potential issues before they become bigger problems.
