Supported Accounting Software

ImportantQuickBooks Desktop is not supported. If your organization uses QuickBooks Desktop, you'll need to migrate to QuickBooks Online before connecting.

Where To Find It

Accounting Integration is located in your Everflow Pay menu:

Menu → MANAGE → Accounting Integration

You can also get started from your Dashboard — look for the Accounting Integration card and click Connect Now (or Configure Now if you've already selected a provider). You may also see a "Get Perfectly Synced Books" info box with a Connect Now button.

The 3-Step Setup

The one-time setup follows a consistent 3-step flow, with minor platform-specific variations:

1Sync Your Software Integrate your Accounting Software with Everflow Pay. You'll authorize secure data sharing and select your preferred configuration options.
2Map Your PayeesMap your Payees (Partners) to existing Vendors or Contacts in your accounting software. This tells Everflow Pay exactly which records to update when payments are made.
3Enjoy Automated Reconciliation That's it — your books stay updated in near real-time. No more manual data entry. Everything reconciles automatically.
Heads Up! The two items we reconcile are Invoices & Payments. The nomenclature differs between ERPs — you might be used to words like "Bills", "Bill Payments", "Expenses", etc. To learn more about how syncs work, read Understanding Accounting Syncs.

Accountants still have final review over their books. The difference is they no longer need to download CSVs, upload files, or manually create entries — the bulk of data entry happens automatically.
