Overview

As an e-commerce business owner, knowing which products are driving the most Sales/Conversions is crucial for optimizing your marketing efforts.

The Products Report in Everflow provides a clear breakdown of performance by Product SKU and the Partners generating sales for each item.

This guide is mostly tailored for Everflow clients with an e-commerce brand or store. So we'll walk you through setting up and interpreting the Products Report, using examples relevant to online retailers.

But, in short, the Products Report helps you:

  • Identify your best-selling products
  • See which Partners are effectively promoting specific items
  • Make data-driven decisions about inventory, promotions, and Partner relationships

Accessing the Report

Go to the hamburger menu in the top left corner of your Everflow dashboard. Navigate to Reporting > Products to access this report.
Don't see Products as an option? Go to Control Center > Accounts > Roles > [Your Role] > Edit and check the Products box under Reporting
If you don't have a way to edit Roles and need access to this report, please contact a team member within your company with Super User permissions.

Setting Up Your Report

Select your desired date range Apply any filters, such as specific Advertisers, Offers, or Partners You can also click Clear at the top right corner of the filter box to get rid of any selections in bulk or use to delete individual filters Click Run Report

Interpreting the Results

Use the vertical dots to customize which data columns are displayed, focusing on the metrics that matter most to your business (Columns Customization) Expand the report to view Partner performance for each SKU, either all at once or one at a time using filters Click on any data point for an even more granular view (not all metrics have further details. Look for blue ones that can be clicked.) Access Conversion Details for a specific SKU by clicking the SKU name or Total CV number View a Partner's Conversion Details for a particular SKU by clicking their name Use the search bar to quickly find specific SKUs or Partners
Pro Tip! For the Products Report to work properly, be sure to set up your Offers according to Everflow's Price Per Product documentation.

Imagine you're the owner of Everflow Beauty, an online store selling perfumes like Single, Brunch, and Passion.

Here's how you might use the Products Report to gain valuable insights:

Identify top-selling fragrances: 1. The report reveals that "Passion" is your best-selling perfume, followed closely by "Brunch."

2. This information can help you prioritize inventory, promotions, and product development.
Pinpoint successful partnerships: 1. You notice that beauty influencer Partners are driving the majority of "Passion" sales.
