Partner Verification & Approval

Master the process of reviewing and approving new Partner applications, whether you prefer manual review or automated approval workflows.

Overview

When potential Partners apply to your program, you need a system to verify and approve them.

Everflow offers two approaches: manual review of each application or automated approval with email verification. This guide walks you through both methods and helps you choose the right approach for your program.

Heads Up! Used only with a Partner sign up form. Verification does not apply for manual Partner setup.

Setting Up Email Verification

Enable and configure email verification for new partner applications.

Navigate to Control Center - Platform Configuration Find Global Settings Look for Enable Partner Email Verification

How It Works

  • When enabled, new applicants must verify their email address
  • Verification emails are sent automatically
  • Unverified applications appear in a separate Unverified tab
  • After verification, applications move to Pending status

Manual Approval Process

Manually review and approve or reject partner applications.

Accessing Pending Applications

Go to Partners - Manage to manage your personal info or to change your password. Click the Pending tab. View all pending applications.

Reviewing Applications

  • Click on the Partner's name to view full application
  • Review submitted information (Answers from Custom Questions from the signup form will also be shown here)
  • Choose to:
    • Approve
    • Reject
    • Contact partner and request more information

Bulk Actions

Approve or reject multiple partner applications at once.

Select multiple applications using checkboxes Use the dropdown menu to: Approve multiple Partners Reject multiple applications (Rejected Partner can be seen under Manage Partners menu with Inactive status) Email used by each Partner must be unique. Everflow doesn't allow duplicate emails in the signup form.

Setting Up Auto-Approval

Configure automatic approval for new partner applications.

Enable Email Verification in Global Settings Navigate to Partner Sign Up Form Customization Go to Auto Approval tab Toggle Auto Approve Partners ON Select default Offers for approved Partners Customize approval email template: Go to Control Center > Email Templates > Partner Signup Approval Add the {{offerCreativeDetails}} macro to include tracking links

Setting Up Email Notifications

Configure email notifications for new Partner applications.

Navigate to My Account > My Notification Preferences > Partners. Enable New Partner Signup notification. You'll receive emails when: New applications arrive. Partners verify their emails. Applications are approved/rejected.

Let's say you run a subscription box company with different tiers of Offers:

In this example, the subscription box company efficiently processes new Partner applications through both manual verification and an automated system.

The company carefully reviews each applicant's details before approval, then assigns appropriate starter-tier Offers to begin the relationship.

This balanced approach ensures quality control while creating a streamlined onboarding experience for new Partners.
