Types of Automated Emails
Partner Emails
The Offer's visibility setting controls which automated emails partners receive when they gain access to an Offer:
- Private — Partner is manually added to the Offer. Triggers Partner Offer Now Available.
- Require Approval — Partner applies, then an admin approves or denies. Triggers Offer Application Approved (or Denied) when the application status changes.
- Public — Partner can access the Offer immediately. No approval email is sent because no approval step is needed.
