Your guide to exporting reporting data, partner information, and API data from Everflow for backup, migration, or sharing purposes.

Need to export your data from Everflow?

This guide will walk you through exporting the most commonly requested data types, whether you're backing up information, migrating data, or sharing reports with stakeholders.

Exporting Reporting Data

You can export data from most reports in Everflow.

Here's how:

1 Navigate to your desired report Go to Reporting and select your report type (e.g., Offer Report) Look for the three-dot menu in the top right corner of the report Click on it to reveal export options 2 Request a report Click on Request Report Give your report a descriptive name (e.g., "All Everflow Offer Data") 3 Configure export settings Format: Choose CSV or JSON Currency: Select the currency you use to pay partners and run offers (e.g., US Dollars) Time Zone: Choose your preferred time zone Metrics: Most common metrics are included by default (gross clicks, clicks, unique clicks, duplicate clicks, CV, RPC, CPA, Payout, Profit, Margin) Click Add Metrics to include additional metrics not in the default list Add any custom metrics you've created (e.g., return on ad spend percentage) 4 Set time range and filters Date Range: Select your desired time period (last month, year to date, specific date range, etc.) Filters: Use the filter icon to narrow down your data by: Offer Advertiser Partner Offer group And many other options Advanced Options: Add exclusions, metric filters, or ignore fail traffic as needed 5 Generate and download the report Click Request Report Go to Reporting -> Saved and Scheduled -> Requested Reports Find your report by name and click on it Navigate to the Assets section Download your report from there

Report Availability

Available for export:

  • Offer Report
  • Partner Report
  • Advertiser Report
  • Clicks Report
  • Redirect Report
  • Dynamic Nest Report
  • Flex Report
  • Etc.

Not available for export:

  • Dimensional Report
  • Funnel Report
  • Variance Report
  • Cohort Report
For reports that don't support direct export, you can still view API requests to access the data programmatically (excluding Dimensional report).

Exporting Partner Data

To export all your partner information:

1 Navigate to Partners Go to Partners -> Manage Find the three-dot menu near the search box and filters (top right area) Click on it to reveal export options 2 Choose your export type Export Partners: Download partner information Export User Emails: Download user email addresses (active users only or all users) 3 Apply filters (optional) Filter by status: All, Active, Inactive, or Suspended Filter by country, partner tier, or other criteria If you want all partners, select All before exporting and clear other Filters 4 Configure export settings Choose format: CSV or JSON Select Partner Fields to include: Account Executive Address Company Name Tax ID Region And other relevant fields Select User Fields if partners have multiple users: Email addresses Cell phone numbers First and last names Other user details Select Sign-up Fields if applicable: Legal entity name Referral code Tax ID Custom sign-up form fields 5 Download your data Click Export Download will start immediately Processing time depends on the number of partners in your account

Important Notes

  • File formats: CSV files are generally easier to work with in spreadsheet applications, while JSON is better for programmatic access
  • Currency consistency: Use the same currency for exports that you used for partner payments and previous reporting to maintain data accuracy
