Ask Everflow AI is your assistant, built right into the platform. Instead of digging through dashboards and reports to find an answer, you can just ask. Use plain language, in any language, and get your answer back in seconds. Ask about your offers, partners, and performance, generate a tracking link, or get a quick how-to, all without leaving Everflow.

Think of it as a helpful teammate who knows your account. Ask “Which partners drove the most revenue this week?”, “Find me a hidden-gem partner”, or “Generate a tracking link for this offer”, and it answers, showing you exactly which data it looked up.

Where to find it

Ask Everflow AI lives in the left sidebar of your Everflow platform, under Tools. Open it any time from there. You can keep it docked beside your work or expand it into a full page.

Two ways to use it

The side panel

Open Ask Everflow AI as a panel that slides in from the right and stays with you as you move around the platform. Because it knows the page you’re on, you can ask about the offer or partner you’re already looking at without typing the details again.

Want more room? Open the full Ask Everflow AI page. It opens in a new tab so your dashboard stays put, and gives you more space plus your recent chats, saved conversations, and search.

What you can ask

Ask Everflow AI can look across your offers, partners, advertisers, conversions, clicks, creatives, invoices, and more. A few of the things people ask it every day:

Performance and insights: “Top performers this week”, “How’s today looking at a glance?”, or “Which high-value partners have gone quiet in the last 90 days?”

Find and look things up: surface a hidden-gem partner, pull an offer’s current conversion rate, or check an advertiser’s recent activity.

Generate a tracking link: tell it the offer and partner, and it turns the names into IDs and hands you the link.

Get a quick how-to: it can answer product questions too, like “How do I set up a postback for this offer?”

In any language: ask in English, Spanish, French, and more, and it replies in the language you use.

Every answer shows a “data lookups” note so you can see exactly what it checked, and it offers follow-up questions to keep you going, so you don’t have to start from scratch.

Make it your own with Personalize

Open Personalize to tell Ask Everflow AI about your business: the terms you prefer, the metrics you care about, your tone, or your language. It uses your notes in every conversation, so answers come back in your context from the start.

Good to knowYour notes shape the tone and context of answers, but they can’t change Everflow’s built-in safety and security settings.

A few things to keep in mind

A couple of things worth knowing before you dive in.

It’s read-only. Ask Everflow AI can look things up and answer questions, but it won’t make changes to your account. It can’t pause a campaign or change a payout. If you ask it to, it’ll point you to how to do it yourself.

Double-check the important answers. Like any AI, it can get something wrong now and then, so every screen reminds you to check before you act on a big decision.

There’s a daily usage limit. You’ll see a usage meter in the menu. It resets each day at 00:00 UTC.

Your chats are saved. Recent conversations are kept and searchable, and you can pin the ones you want to keep handy.

How do I get access?

Can it make changes to my account?

No. Ask Everflow AI is read-only. It can find information and answer questions, but it can’t change anything in your account. For actions like pausing a campaign or updating a payout, it’ll explain how to do it yourself.

Your offers, partners, advertisers, conversions, clicks, creatives, invoices, and more. It also answers product how-to questions and generates tracking links, and it shows the data it looked up with each answer.

What languages does it support?

Ask in whatever language you like. It understands and replies in the same language.

Are its answers always accurate?

It’s very capable, but like any AI it can make a mistake now and then. Every answer includes a reminder to double-check before you act on an important decision, and it shows the data lookups behind the answer so you can confirm.
