A guide for Marketplace Publishers on using the new 'Earnings Report'. Learn how to track your earnings and payment statuses from all connected advertisers in one consolidated view.

Overview

The Earnings Report is a powerful new tool in the Marketplace Platform that gives you a single, consolidated view of your earnings and payment statuses from all your connected advertisers.

Instead of checking your payment status within each advertiser's Partner Platform, you can now track all your invoices and payments in one place.

Navigating the Earnings Report

You can find the report by navigating to Earnings in the left-hand menu of your Marketplace Platform account.

What's Included in the Report

The Earnings Report pulls in payment data from advertisers who use our in-platform billing integrations.

Supported Payment Methods

The report will display earnings and statuses for the following payment methods:

Everflow Pay
Tipalti
Veeam

Unsupported Payment Methods

Currently, the Earnings Report does not include payment data from advertisers who use:

MassPay
PayPal

Understanding the Report

The report provides a detailed breakdown of your invoices and their current status. Key columns include:

Column

Description

Advertiser

The name of the advertiser who owes the payment.

Invoice #

The corresponding invoice number for the pay period.

Payment Status

The current stage of the payment (e.g., Invoice Approved, Payment Approved, Payment Completed).

Payment Method

The method the advertiser is using to send the payment (e.g., Everflow Pay, Tipalti).

Amount

The total value of the invoice.

Important Data Limitations

Please keep the following data limitations in mind when viewing the report:

Data Detail by Payment Method

Everflow Pay: Invoices processed through Everflow Pay will show complete information across all columns and statuses.
Tipalti & Veeam: Data for payments made via Tipalti and Veeam may be less detailed. You might see some columns with missing information for these payment methods.

Historical Data Cutoff There is a historical cutoff date for this report. Payments processed before [Date, e.g., November 15, 2026] may not appear or may be missing data in certain columns.
