Offer Report For Partners

Learn how to track campaign performance and identify your most profitable Offers using the Offer Report.

Overview

The Offer Report gives you a comprehensive view of how each campaign you're promoting is performing. Use it to track clicks, conversions, revenue, and traffic quality — then optimize your efforts based on real data.

How to Access the Offer Report

1 Open Reporting Click the menu in the left navigation Go to Reporting Select Offer from the list of reports
2 Set Your Parameters Choose your date range using the calendar at the top Apply filters to narrow results (specific Offers, traffic sources, countries) Use Metric Filters to set thresholds (e.g., only show Offers with more than 1,000 clicks)
3 Run and Analyze Click Run Report to generate your data Use the Performance Graph to visualize trends over time Click column headers to sort by any metric

Key Metrics

Metric What It Tells You Impressions How many times your Offer was displayed to users Clicks How many visitors clicked on your tracking link Duplicate Clicks Repeated clicks from the same user — high numbers may indicate bot traffic Invalid Clicks Clicks flagged as potentially fraudulent — monitor these closely to protect your reputation Conversions Completed actions that earn you revenue (purchases, signups, etc.) CVR (Conversion Rate) Percentage of clicks that resulted in a conversion — your key efficiency metric Revenue Your total earnings from successful conversions

Using Filters Effectively

Filters help you focus on what matters most. You have two types:

Regular Filters — Narrow by specific Offers, Smart Links, Channels, or Countries Metric Filters — Set thresholds like "only show Offers with more than 100 clicks" or "CVR above 5%"
Pro-Tip: Combine regular and metric filters to answer specific questions. For example: filter by Country + set a minimum click threshold to find your best-performing geographic markets.

Saving & Scheduling Reports

Don't rebuild the same report every day. Save your configurations and automate delivery.

Save Report — Click the vertical dots menu at the top right and select "Save" to keep your current filters and settings Load Saved Reports — Use "Load" to quickly switch between your saved configurations Schedule Reports — Set up automatic generation and email delivery (daily, weekly, or monthly) Copy Link to Report — Share your exact report configuration with team members

Example: Optimizing Your Campaigns

Here's how a partner promoting multiple Offers might use the Offer Report:

1 Run Your Report

Open the Offer Report for the last 30 days. Apply filters to show only your active Offers. Set a metric filter for Offers with more than 100 clicks.

2 Analyze the Data

Compare conversion rates across Offers. Identify which ones have high click volume but low conversion rates (potential optimization targets) and which have strong CVR and revenue (scale these up).

3 Take Action

Increase promotion for high-performing Offers. Investigate traffic sources with high invalid click rates. Optimize creatives for Offers with low conversion rates. Consider pausing poor performers.

4 Automate and Monitor

Save this report configuration and schedule it weekly. Compare each week's results to spot trends and measure the impact of your optimizations.

Beyond the Offer Report

The Offer Report is your daily performance snapshot, but Everflow offers more reporting tools for deeper analysis:

Conversion Report — See every individual conversion with full details (status, payout, sub-parameters). Best for verifying specific transactions. Event Report — Track additional actions beyond the base conversion (upsells, renewals, etc.). See which Offers generate the highest lifetime value. Dynamic Nested Report — Break down performance by two dimensions at once (e.g., Offer by Country, or Offer by Sub-Parameter). Best for advanced analysis without exporting to a spreadsheet.

Tips for Better Results

Use consistent date ranges when comparing periods — inconsistent ranges lead to misleading conclusions Watch traffic quality — high invalid click rates can damage your relationship with Advertisers and affect earnings Use the Performance Graph — visual trends are often easier to spot than numbers in a table Compare time periods — understand seasonal fluctuations by comparing week-over-week or month-over-month Schedule your key reports — weekly automated reports ensure you catch performance changes early
