As a Partner, this report helps you identify your top-performing Offers, understand traffic patterns, and optimize your campaigns.

Overview

The Flex Report functions as a customizable pivot table, allowing you to group and analyze your performance data using multiple dimensions. This flexibility makes it ideal for discovering insights that might be hidden in standard reports.

Accessing The Report

Click the hamburger menu in the top left of your Everflow dashboard Navigate to the Analytics section in the main menu Select Flex from the reporting options

Setting Up Your Report

Adding Columns

Click the Add Columns button to select your desired data points Choose from various options: Offer: See performance by specific offers you're promoting Device: Break down results by device type (mobile, desktop, etc.) Geolocation: Analyze performance by country, city, or region Misc: Include other variables like subIDs or transaction data

Applying Filters

Click Add Filter to narrow down your data Select from filter categories: Standard Filters: Filter by offer, country, smart link, etc. Metric Filters: Show only results meeting specific thresholds (e.g., CTR > 5%) Click Run Report to generate your customized view

Interpreting The Results

The Flex Report displays your data in a table format with key metrics including:

  • Impressions
  • Clicks (Total, Unique, Duplicate)
  • CTR (Click-Through Rate)
  • Conversions
  • Revenue metrics (RPM, RPC)

The "Summary" section at the top shows aggregate totals across all your filtered data, while the "Detailed Report" below breaks this down by your selected dimensions.

A Real-Life Example for Partners

Let's say you want to find which offers perform best on different devices to optimize your traffic routing:

Set up your report: Add these columns: Offer, Device Type Include metrics: Clicks, Conversions, Revenue, CVR Select your date range (e.g., last 30 days) Analyze the results: Identify which offers convert best on mobile vs. desktop Find offers with the highest revenue per click by device Discover which device types give you the best overall ROI Optimize your strategy: Direct more traffic to high-converting offer+device combinations Request special mobile or desktop promotion materials for top performers Adjust your traffic sources based on device performance

For example, you might discover that "Completed Hair Quiz" converts exceptionally well on mobile (100% CTR in the sample data), while "Marvel Figures" generates much higher revenue on desktop.

Quick Reminder When working with the Flex Report, remember that the Performance Graph option provides visual trend analysis over time, allowing you to spot patterns more easily. You can save your frequently used report configurations to streamline future analysis sessions, and take advantage of various table customization and export options for further data manipulation outside the platform.

When applying Metric Filters to focus on specific performance thresholds, the Summary section will not display in your results, as the data is being filtered according to your specialized criteria.
