UNDERSTANDING THE BASICS

Event Report For Partners

Track user actions beyond initial conversions to analyze complete customer journeys and optimize campaign performance.

Overview

The Event Report in Everflow allows you to track and analyze additional user actions or "Events" beyond initial Conversions (before, after, and including the Base Conversion Event).

As a Partner, this report gives you valuable insights into how your traffic performs throughout the user journey for the offers you're promoting.

What Can You See in This Report?

  • Various metrics for each Event across different Offers
  • Performance data including Clicks, CTR, and Conversions
  • Revenue generated from each Event
  • Conversion rates from Clicks to different Events

How to Use the Event Report

Click on the hamburger menu in the top left corner of your Everflow dashboard. Go to Reporting > Event and select your desired date range using the calendar at the top. Set the Parent (typically "Offer" for Partners) and Child options as needed. Use the Pivot option to view data by "Offer Event" to see performance across events. Apply any relevant filters (e.g., specific Offers or Event names). Click Run Report to generate your data.

A Partner-Focused Example

Let's say you're promoting several mobile app offers. Here's how you might use the Event Report:

  • Open the Event Report for the last 30 days.
  • Set the Parent to "Offer" and apply filters for your mobile app offers.
  • In the report, you might notice:
    • The "Completed Hair Quiz" Event has a high CTR (100.35%) but no conversions
    • The "Subscription Box" Event for Marvel Figures has a good CVR but generates $550.50 in revenue
    • The "Approved Lead" Events for Pragmatic Play have the highest conversion rates
    • The "Upgraded to Annual Plan" Event generates significant revenue ($480.00)
  • Based on these insights, you could:
    • Focus more of your traffic on offers with high-value Events like "Upgraded to Annual Plan"
    • Analyze why the Hair Quiz offer has high CTR but no conversions
    • Optimize your traffic sources that drive the best performance for Subscription Box and Approved Lead Events

Tips for Partners

When analyzing the Event Report, focus on comparing performance across different offers to identify which ones convert best with your traffic sources.

Pay special attention to high-value events like subscription upgrades or purchases that generate significant revenue, and use this data to shift your promotional efforts toward the most profitable opportunities.

Regularly reviewing these metrics will help you make data-driven decisions about where to direct your traffic for maximum returns.
