Everflow offers powerful reporting tools to help you track performance, optimize campaigns, and maximize your earnings. This guide covers the essential reports every partner should know — from quick performance snapshots to detailed conversion analysis.
Not sure which report to start with? Jump to the Which Report Should I Use? section below for a quick decision guide.
Offer Report
The Offer Report is your go-to for understanding how each campaign performs. It gives you a high-level view of clicks, conversions, revenue, and payout across all your active offers.
How to Access
What You Can Do
- Compare earnings across different offers side by side
- Identify your highest-paying campaigns
- Spot performance trends over time (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Break down results by country or device to find where your traffic converts best
Conversion Report
The Conversion Report shows every individual conversion you generate — with full details on status, payout, and timing. This is where you go when you need to verify specific transactions or troubleshoot tracking.
How to Access
What You Can Do
- Track each sale or lead individually with timestamp and status
- See Conversions vs Events (base conversions vs additional actions)
- Verify payout amounts per conversion
- Check conversion status in real-time (approved, pending, rejected)
- Use sub-parameters (sub1–sub5) to identify which traffic sources or creatives drove each conversion
Add the sub5 column to your Conversion Report to see which platform (Facebook, Google, TikTok) drove each conversion — especially useful if you're running paid media campaigns with UTM parameters.
Event Report
Events track additional valuable actions beyond your base conversion — like upsells, subscriptions, or rebills. If an advertiser tracks multiple conversion points in their funnel, the Event Report is where you see them.
How to Access
What You Can Do
- See which offer events earn you extra revenue beyond the initial conversion
- Track the full customer journey — from first action to upsells and renewals
- Monitor multiple event types across single offers
- Identify which traffic sources generate the highest-value customers (not just the most conversions)
Dynamic Nested Report
The Dynamic Nested Report lets you break down performance by two dimensions at once — for example, see how each offer performs by sub-parameter, or compare partner performance by country.
How to Access
What You Can Do
- Answer two-dimensional questions like "Which traffic source converts best for each offer?"
- Compare sub-parameter performance (sub1–sub5) within specific offers
- Identify top-performing country + offer combinations
- Drill into granular performance without exporting to a spreadsheet

Tips for Better Reporting
- Use consistent date ranges when comparing performance across periods — inconsistent ranges lead to misleading conclusions
- Apply filters to dig deeper — breaking down by country, device, or creative can reveal hidden opportunities
- Leverage sub-parameters (sub1–sub5) to tag your traffic sources, then use those parameters in reports to see exactly what's working
- Schedule your key reports to arrive weekly or monthly — this ensures you catch performance changes early without having to log in every day
- Combine reports for a complete picture — use the Offer Report for the big picture, then drill into the Conversion Report for transaction-level detail
