Essential Reports For New Partners

Learn how to track your earnings (payouts) and performance using Everflow's key reporting tools meant for affiliate, influencers, and other Partners.

Overview

Everflow offers powerful reporting tools to help you track performance, optimize campaigns, and maximize your earnings. This guide covers the essential reports every partner should know — from quick performance snapshots to detailed conversion analysis.

Not sure which report to start with? Jump to the Which Report Should I Use? section below for a quick decision guide.

Offer Report

The Offer Report is your go-to for understanding how each campaign performs. It gives you a high-level view of clicks, conversions, revenue, and payout across all your active offers.

How to Access

Go to Analytics > Offer Report Set your Date Range to the period you want to analyze Use Filters to narrow results by country, device, or category

What You Can Do

  • Compare earnings across different offers side by side
  • Identify your highest-paying campaigns
  • Spot performance trends over time (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Break down results by country or device to find where your traffic converts best

Conversion Report

The Conversion Report shows every individual conversion you generate — with full details on status, payout, and timing. This is where you go when you need to verify specific transactions or troubleshoot tracking.

How to Access

Go to Analytics > Conversion Report Customize columns to show the data you need (payout, status, sub-parameters, etc.) Click any row to expand full conversion details

What You Can Do

  • Track each sale or lead individually with timestamp and status
  • See Conversions vs Events (base conversions vs additional actions)
  • Verify payout amounts per conversion
  • Check conversion status in real-time (approved, pending, rejected)
  • Use sub-parameters (sub1–sub5) to identify which traffic sources or creatives drove each conversion
Pro-Tip:

Add the sub5 column to your Conversion Report to see which platform (Facebook, Google, TikTok) drove each conversion — especially useful if you're running paid media campaigns with UTM parameters.

Event Report

Events track additional valuable actions beyond your base conversion — like upsells, subscriptions, or rebills. If an advertiser tracks multiple conversion points in their funnel, the Event Report is where you see them.

How to Access

Go to Analytics > Event Report Filter by Offer to see events for a specific campaign Compare event performance across countries, devices, or creatives

What You Can Do

  • See which offer events earn you extra revenue beyond the initial conversion
  • Track the full customer journey — from first action to upsells and renewals
  • Monitor multiple event types across single offers
  • Identify which traffic sources generate the highest-value customers (not just the most conversions)

Dynamic Nested Report

The Dynamic Nested Report lets you break down performance by two dimensions at once — for example, see how each offer performs by sub-parameter, or compare partner performance by country.

How to Access

Go to Analytics > Dynamic Nested Set the Parent dimension (e.g., Offer) Set the Child dimension (e.g., Sub-Parameter, Country)

What You Can Do

  • Answer two-dimensional questions like "Which traffic source converts best for each offer?"
  • Compare sub-parameter performance (sub1–sub5) within specific offers
  • Identify top-performing country + offer combinations
  • Drill into granular performance without exporting to a spreadsheet

Best for: Daily performance checks, comparing campaigns, spotting trends

Conversion Report

"Did this specific conversion track correctly?"

Best for: Verifying individual transactions, troubleshooting tracking, checking statuses

Event Report

"How are upsells and secondary actions performing?"

Best for: Tracking post-conversion events, measuring full funnel value

Dynamic Nested

"Which traffic source works best for each offer?"

Best for: Two-dimensional breakdowns, deep analysis without spreadsheets

Saved & Scheduled

"How do I automate my reporting?"

Best for: Recurring reports, team sharing, hands-off performance tracking

Tips for Better Reporting

  • Use consistent date ranges when comparing performance across periods — inconsistent ranges lead to misleading conclusions
  • Apply filters to dig deeper — breaking down by country, device, or creative can reveal hidden opportunities
  • Leverage sub-parameters (sub1–sub5) to tag your traffic sources, then use those parameters in reports to see exactly what's working
  • Schedule your key reports to arrive weekly or monthly — this ensures you catch performance changes early without having to log in every day
  • Combine reports for a complete picture — use the Offer Report for the big picture, then drill into the Conversion Report for transaction-level detail

Blank values in reports? If you see empty fields in your Conversion Report, use the Flex Report to filter for those entries — click the hyperlink in the results to jump directly to the matching conversions. This is the fastest way to investigate missing data.

Pro-Tip:

Start with the Offer Report for daily check-ins, then explore the Dynamic Nested Report when you need deeper analysis. As your campaigns grow, Saved & Scheduled Reports will save you hours every week.
